Whales Galore!

3rd June 2022

Again, we cruised towards the Humpback Hwy. Between Bald Head and Breaksea Island is where we found the honey pot … whales galore! There were at least 20 Humpbacks organised into several pods. In the precious time we spent with them we were treated to a display of blows as the whales porpoised gracefully, showing their vast backs and splendid tails. The more energetic juveniles among then impressed us with their enthusiasm and gusto.

Being in the presence of such magnificent creatures really lifts the soul. We returned home with our spirits high and our hearts full.
